Job summary

University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Cleaning & Catering Assistants to keep wards and clinical areas clean, safe and welcoming for patients, visitors and staff. Shifts include late afternoons and evenings on a part-time basis in Bristol.

As a valued member of the team you will help prepare, serve and monitor patient meals, follow infection prevention and safety procedures, and work closely with ward colleagues to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Cleaning ward and clinical environments to high standards.
• Preparing, serving and monitoring patient meals and drinks.
• Using equipment and technology safely, including tablets and ordering systems.
• Following infection prevention, food hygiene, COSHH and health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records, completing checklists and reporting issues when needed.
