Job summary

NOV’s Aftermarket Service & Rental team is seeking an Aftermarket Technician to assemble, disassemble, service, inspect, repair, and pressure test Pressure Control Equipment (PCE). You will work in a collaborative workshop at the Kintore facility, contributing to safe, reliable, and high-quality equipment while supporting continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, mechanical maintenance, and demonstrated fault-diagnosis skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical maintenance, manufacturing, service, or workshop environments.
• Practical experience working with mechanical equipment.
• Experience working with hydraulic and/or pneumatic systems.
• Ability to diagnose technical faults and solve mechanical problems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, service, inspect, repair, and test Pressure Control Equipment (PCE).
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform pressure testing per approved procedures and standards.
• Interpret drawings and technical documentation to complete tasks accurately.
• Maintain high safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the workshop.
• Identify issues and report opportunities for improvements.
• Support Lean and 5S continuous improvement initiatives.
