A leading company seeks an Aftermarket Parts Manager to oversee operations across multiple regional departments. Aftermarket Parts Manager / Parts Department Supervisor / Inventory & Service Parts Lead will oversee the daily operations of multiple regional parts departments, driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and aftermarket revenue growth.
Aftermarket Parts Manager / Parts Department Supervisor / Inventory & Service Parts Lead will lead teams across Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Thomasville, ensuring alignment with company SOPs and performance standards.
An ideal Aftermarket Parts Manager / Parts Department Supervisor / Inventory & Service Parts Lead will bring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a proven background in parts management, customer service, and inventory control.
Package & Location:
• $75,000 - $100,000 (Open to discussions)
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Travel between Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Thomasville (approx. 25% per location)
Aftermarket Parts Manager / Parts Department Supervisor / Inventory & Service Parts Lead responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and personnel across all TTI parts departments
• Maintain inventory control for warehouses and service vehicles, optimizing cost and availability
• Ensure high levels of internal and external customer service by supporting team development and performance
• Conduct Quarterly Conversations with all direct reports and maintain a department-wide training program
• Analyze productivity metrics and report on team performance
• Develop and implement promotional programs for aftermarket products (boiler, HVAC, controls, steam, pumps, etc.)
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and market segments
• Build relationships with suppliers to secure best pricing and service support
Aftermarket Parts Manager / Parts Department Supervisor / Inventory & Service Parts Lead requirements:
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience, ideally in a technical or aftermarket environment
• Experience with product sales and NetSuite ERP is a plus
• Strong skills in communication, organization, customer service, and team leadership
• Confident managing inventory control processes across multiple locations
