A leading construction and property development company is seeking an Aftercare Operative to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will be engaged in maintenance tasks, working directly with customers and subcontractors. This position requires a minimum of 5 GCSEs, experience in the construction industry, and strong communication skills to manage customer expectations effectively.
Deeley are recruiting for an Aftercare Operative to provide a range of trade skills to correct defects and maintenance tasks for customers and internally.

Your new role
The successful candidate will work as part of the Aftercare Team providing a wide range of tasks including direct involvement in construction work, correction of defects and maintenance.
Your core duties will include:
Skills and experience you will need
You will have minimum 5 GCSE's including English/Maths Grade C/4 or above along with previous experience in a similar role. Ideally you will have experience in the Construction industry in a customer care or aftercare team. You must be IT literate and be multi-skilled in general building maintenance and repairs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, along with excellent organisational skills and the ability to take initiative. You will be able to be flexible to the needs of different people and be able to develop effective relationships both internally and externally.
You will need to be able to manage customer expectations and have high quality standards.
