£60,000 - £65,000 + Car allowance + Benefits package

Excellent opportunity for a Site or Project Manager with a Residential background to join a luxury developer, who specialise in bespoke design and build holiday villages. You will work in picturesque locations with a great company culture and progression opportunities.

On offer is the opportunity to join a prestigious builder known for impressive developments featuring high specification houses and commercial units. You will hold a senior position, taking on a brand new role in the business offering the chance to make it your own.

This award-winning developer specialises in designing, building, and managing luxury holiday villages in remote locations. Their diverse developments include both residential and commercial builds, such as on-site spas. After experiencing significant growth over the past three years, they are now looking to invest in the future of the business by recruiting a Design or Technical Manager to streamline their build process.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for organising any repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of built properties on a number of sites. Tasks will include planning works, organising trades and labour for works, ensuring materials are delivered, and overseeing works providing technical advice as and when needed. You will liaise with the Commercial and Construction departments, holding a managerial position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with residential construction experience to create a brand new role for a business offering variety, autonomy, and progression.

The role

1. Aftercare, maintenance, and upgrades Manager (Residential)
2. Oversee any works to high-end residential properties
3. Liaising with Commercial and Construction teams
4. Create project schedule, organise labour and materials ensuring works are completed on time and to budget, provide technical advice as required

The person

1. Site or Project Management experience
2. Residential Construction background
3. Good knowledge of building a residential property
4. Self-motivated with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
5. Willing to travel regionally
