We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a warm and welcoming family based in Central/West London, who are seeking a committed and experienced Tutor-Nanny to provide nurturing and developmentally focused after-school care for their two bright and curious sons, aged 8 and 5.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development and education, who can combine structure, fun, and learning in a balanced and engaging way.

Role Overview:

The family is looking for someone who can bring a thoughtful and developmental approach to the after-school rhythm, including:

  • School pick-up

  • Supporting the afternoon routine (bath, snack, transitions)

  • Supervising and supporting homework

  • Running short, structured lessons or educational activities

  • Reinforcing respectful discipline and consistent boundaries

  • Promoting positive routines through engaging play and learning

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 3:15 pm – 6:15 pm (15 hours per week)

  • Additional hours available during school holidays

Location:

Central/West London

Candidate Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in early childhood development

  • Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or a similar educational role with young children

  • Confident in setting clear, respectful boundaries while maintaining a fun, engaging atmosphere

  • Able to offer a minimum two-year commitment

Rate:
