Job summary

Active Learning Trust in Cromwell Community College, Chatteris, Cambridgeshire, is looking for an After School Lettings Officer to keep the campus safe, welcoming and well managed beyond the school day. The role combines evening lettings oversight with minibus supervision and practical facilities management.

You will work Monday to Friday with specific windows for minibus driving and lettings supervision, collaborating with hirers, staff and the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings and facilities oversight is desirable.
• Able to drive a college minibus and transport students safely.
• Commitment to safeguarding and high standards of safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening community lettings and ensure facilities are safe and ready.
• Drive the college minibus and transport students after school activities.
• Inspect and maintain facilities and equipment.
• Manage site security, including locking/unlocking and alarm systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and safeguarding procedures.
