Job summary

Swan Lane First School is seeking a Wrap Around Care Leader to coordinate the After School Club and Breakfast Club planning, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality childcare from 2:45pm to 6:15pm, Monday to Friday.

The role requires an appropriate Level 3 qualification or willingness to undertake funded training, plus strong organisational and safeguarding skills.

You will maintain records, manage attendance and liaise with parents, contributing to a safe, engaging after-school provision.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or willingness to complete funded training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities for after-school provision.
• Lead a team of wrap around care staff and brief them on activity delivery.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure safeguarding policies are followed.
• Manage attendance records, medical/allergy information and waiting lists.
