A leading designer and manufacturer of specialized refrigeration units has an immediate requirement for an After Sales Support Manager.

Up to £37,000 per annum

Role Overview:

As an After Sales Support Manager, your role will focus on supporting the company's Key Accounts and providing first-line support for the Service Support & Service Desk across all business areas. This includes managing specific key projects, ensuring reactive and planned works are completed and recorded accurately, and adhering to SLAs.

You will also be responsible for organizing and providing equipment training to service partners and managing specific equipment parts support.

Requirements:

Applicants must have a service background and be capable of delivering high-level professional customer support.

Additional Information:

This position is predominantly office-based with administrative duties and involves working one weekend out of four in the office to provide support.
