We are a hugely successful and pioneering machinery manufacturer proud to be delivering innovative, bespoke solutions and turnkey systems to our customers all over the world.

Having already recruited four new After Sales Engineers (also known as Proposals, After Care or possibly Applications Engineers) into our expanding team over the last 18 months, we now require a fifth.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers.
2. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
4. Prepare and deliver proposals for after-sales services.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a technical support or engineering role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Technical knowledge of machinery and systems.
