The Affordability & Vulnerability (A&V) team at E.ON Next focuses on supporting vulnerable customers by ensuring they receive tailored outcomes and championing their needs. This role, reporting to the Head of A&V, is responsible for developing and delivering the A&V partnerships strategy, which involves establishing partnerships with charities and other organizations to help customers manage their energy accounts. The position requires collaboration across teams to create innovative solutions, optimize funding, and meet the needs of vulnerable customers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing external suppliers, a passion for outstanding customer service, an understanding of new technologies, and the ability to effectively manage key stakeholders while developing strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate across E.ON to coordinate approaches for innovative customer support solutions, optimize existing funding sources, identify new funding opportunities, leverage new technologies, produce strategic plans for A&V partnerships and innovation, and work with external suppliers and partners to deliver outstanding customer experience and outcomes.
