The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and developing our affiliate partnerships and rewards platform during an exciting period of growth.

We’re looking for an Affiliates & Rewards Executive to support the growth and success of our affiliate partnerships and rewards platform. Working closely with the Head of Rewards, Marketing, UX, Technology and Finance teams, you’ll help manage affiliate and reward partnerships, coordinate campaigns, monitor performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and commercial growth. You’ll play a key role in helping us expand our partner network, optimise existing relationships and deliver value for both our members and commercial partners. This role would suit someone who understands the affiliate space and has experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, gift card programmes or partnership-based businesses. We’re looking for somebody commercially aware, proactive and able to use their initiative to deliver results.
We’re less concerned about qualifications and more interested in relevant experience, commercial awareness and attitude.
