What you’ll bring to the table:

• Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server databases to support business applications.
• Develop and implement database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure database security by implementing access controls, encryption, and auditing.
• Plan and execute database upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.
• Document database configurations, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SQL DBA in a Windows environment.
• Proficiency in SQL Server (versions 2016 and above) and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of database architecture, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
• Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
• Experience with database security best practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
