About the Role

As an Affiliate Partnerships Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with affiliate partners, sourcing compelling offers for Propello’s reward platform. You’ll work closely with our partnerships and customer success teams to ensure partners are engaged and offers deliver value to both users and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key affiliate and merchant partners.
  • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the Propello rewards ecosystem, with a focus on delivering hyper-relevant content tailored to our client portfolio
  • Negotiate strong offers and marketing opportunities.
  • Manage promotional campaigns, including newsletters and platform banners, while collaborating with internal teams to align affiliate activity with client needs
  • Manage and analyse affiliate reporting to track performance, optimise campaigns, and ensure accurate data insights
  • Ensure the reward platform is up to date with the best offers for our clients' members.
  • Respond to feedback and queries from client and customer-facing teams.

  • Has experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships management, ideally agency, publisher or network side.
  • Thrives when working to financial targets and KPIs.
  • Is highly organised with strong project management skills.
  • Communicates confidently via email, telephone, and presentations.
