What You Will Do
You won07t just �93manage�94 an affiliate program. You9ll develop and expand it.
- Recruit new affiliates beyond Everflow: Reddit, Discord, Telegram, niche forums �94 go where the opportunities are.
- Own the tool: You9ll manage Everflow like a professional (or learn it rapidly), but you won07t be confined by it.
- Construct the affiliate kit: Define commissions, draft materials, design onboarding processes. Make it ready-to-use.
- Cultivate relationships: Connect with affiliates, address queries, enhance performance.
- Track and amplify revenue: This is a revenue-generating role. You9ll be responsible for your numbers and drive them upwards.
- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams.
- Report thoroughly: Analyze the data, derive insights, and suggest steps to enhance.

What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years in affiliate marketing, ideally in performance-focused sectors (trading, crypto, betting, high-growth eCom)
- Practical experience with Everflow
- Proven affiliate recruitment and management success
- Ease in using community platforms (Reddit, Discord, etc.) for outreach
- Ability to create onboarding materials and affiliate kits
- Exceptional English communication (C1+), written and verbal
- Based in Europe, able to work across CET time zones
- Intelligent, proactive, humble, and daring

- You9ve developed an affiliate program from the ground up
- You9ve worked as a freelancer/contractor and know how to function independently
- You9ve established affiliate connections in the trading or fintech domain
