The role

Our Influencer & Partnerships Team plays a key role in building brand love and driving rapid growth. Now, we're gearing up to scale like never before, and we're looking for bold, brilliant minds to join the ride.

We're now looking for a Affiliate Marketing Lead to join us and help supercharge one of our fastest-growing performance marketing channels across the UK and US markets. You’ll be playing a pivotal role in growing our creator affiliate program, managing global agency and platform relationships, and optimising and scaling our TikTok Shop program. Here's an insight into your day-to-day:

Affiliate & Community Management (LoudCrowd)
  • Lead our global affiliate program via LoudCrowd. Take ownership of tracking, reporting, communications, and product pushes.
  • Recruit and onboard creators to scale the program in the UK & US markets.
  • Own content briefs, incentives, and rewards strategy to drive content generation.
  • Collaborate with CRM to create and distribute affiliate email communications.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Brand & Community team, overseeing the management and engagement of our affiliate WhatsApp Community.
  • Partner with Social and Performance Marketing teams to re-purpose top-performing content.
TikTok Shop Program
  • Monitor weekly performance reporting and make recommendations to optimise. Manage TikTok Lives calendar, promotional strategy, and presenter briefing.
  • Coordinate product send-outs, inventory planning, and sample tracking.
  • Liaise with agencies on creator logistics and campaign rollouts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key TikTok Shop affiliates.
  • Create and distribute regular communications with Star Creators to equip them with ASA compliant claims and new product info, enabling them to become an extension of the Huel brand.
Platform & Process Management
  • Act as day-to-day contact for affiliate platforms: manage discounts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth CX.
  • Guide Virtual Assistant with affiliate outreach, list building, and inbox management.
  • Own affiliate gifting and coordinate content distribution.
  • Ensure regular Slack/Zoom updates with key platform contacts.
  • Manage creator payments and support with weekly and monthly budget management.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities such as creating contracts, raising POs, and invoicing.
What we're looking for in you

This role will best suit someone with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate or creator partnerships ideally across multiple markets.

  • You’ll be analytical, commercially-minded and comfortable reporting on performance metrics such as CPA, AOV, and CPM.
  • You’ll have a growth mindset and a deep understanding of how to drive ROI and scale efficiently.
  • You’re organised, proactive and able to manage multiple programs and touchpoints with autonomy.
  • You’re a confident communicator, skilled at building long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and platforms to unlock opportunities.
  • You are a collaborative team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams such as Performance Marketing, Data Analytics, CRM, and CX.
  • You have a solid grasp of the creator economy, with awareness of trends, best practices, and platform dynamics.
  • Above all, you're passionate about what we're building and excited by the power of influencer and affiliate marketing to drive meaningful brand growth.
