Job description
The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Ecommerce team supporting the rollout of Affiliate Marketing campaigns for Footasylum and our DTC websites. The role will require you to collaborate with the wider Ecommerce and Trading teams to deliver excellence across our affiliate marketing campaigns.

The Team

You will be supporting our Affiliate Marketing Manager on the Footasylum account, as well as overseeing our DTC brand accounts. You will also work closely with other inhouse DTC managers when collaboration and assistance is required from the Affiliate Marketing channel.

About You

You are a driven individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for Affiliate Marketing best practices. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing campaigns and collaborating across the wider business.

What you will do
  • You will work closely with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to deliver our affiliate marketing strategy.
  • You will be responsible for the planning, maintenance and communication of the affiliate marketing calendar.
  • You will liaise with multiple teams, approving suitable products to be included on all featured marketing communications and making sure all activity is aligned with the wider marketing calendar.
  • You will manage existing affiliate partnerships and assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of new partnership opportunities.
  • You will be negotiating commercial terms and identifying opportunities for increased brand exposure.
  • You will ensure all partner communications are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.
  • You will negotiate paid placement opportunities, commission increases, and exclusive offers.
  • You will plan in advanced seasonal campaigns and promotions.
  • You will deliver weekly and monthly reporting providing insights for partner and promotional performance.
  • You will embrace the value of “Defying Ordinary” by driving continued and relentless improvement and innovation within the Ecommerce department.
Skills you will need
  • Experience in using and presenting with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A keen eye for analysing data via various reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Fospha, Partnerize)
  • Commercial awareness of the Affiliate Marketing Channel.
  • Previous experience using an Affiliate Marketing platform.
  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with Affiliate partners.
  • Strong networking ability for external events.
  • Internal coordination to work with other inhouse teams, such as Marketing and Creative design.
  • Attention to detail, time management and adaptability to everchanging marketing and promotional landscapes.
