Job description

Aspinal of London are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Executive to help manage and grow our affiliate marketing program. This person will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and optimising partnerships with key publishers in the affiliate space to drive brand awareness, increase traffic, and maximize revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and relationship management within the luxury fashion sector or similar sectors.

This role will require attendance at our office at least 3 days per week. This will predominantly be above our store in Royal Exchange but will occasionally require attendance at our Flagship Store on Regent Street, St James'.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Head of Affiliates to develop and implement the affiliate marketing strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates to expand brand reach across the UK and international markets.
  • Manage relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring ongoing engagement and performance optimisation.
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Negotiate commission structures and promotional agreements with affiliates.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align affiliate strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all partnerships align with the brand’s luxury positioning and maintain brand integrity.
  • Maintain placement and promotional calendars.
  • Utilise affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools to track, measure, and report on program performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate opportunities.
  • Work closely with the content and creative teams to provide affiliates with the necessary marketing materials and assets.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the luxury fashion within e-commerce.
  • Experience with international publisher growth is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in using affiliate marketing tools and software such as Rakuten, Awin, CJ, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for luxury fashion and an understanding of the high-end retail landscape.
