Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Digital Acquisition to develop and implement the affiliate program and strategy for designated markets.
- Manage current affiliates to execute the affiliate strategy effectively.
- Build strategic partnerships to foster successful business models for brand partners.
- Identify market opportunities and set targets based on industry ventures.
- Manage pipeline information and partner relationships to uncover new business and growth opportunities.
- Present insights and consult with management on business trends to develop and scale partnerships.
- Create a testing roadmap for key relationships to facilitate continuous learning and refinement.
- Develop a 12-month outreach strategy to drive acquisition and retention through existing and new partnerships.
- Recruit targeted affiliates and influencers aligned with brand values and advocacy.
- Report and communicate channel performance regularly (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Forecast ROI and activity for all affiliate partners, ensuring targets are met.
- Manage the affiliate and partnership budgets.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, industry trends, and competitors to optimize profitability.
- Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and reporting of all affiliate traffic.
- Provide weekly reports on progress, commissions, and activity for affiliates.
- Advocate for emerging trends and technologies in the affiliate channel.
- Implement a test-and-learn approach to improve channel growth.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on promotional materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate SEO outreach with publishers in the Greek market, working with the Senior SEO Manager and Country Manager.
Person Specification
- Based in Malta.
- Experience in affiliation for a gambling operator is essential.
- Excellent negotiation skills, time management, and performance orientation.
- Native Greek speaker – mandatory.
- Experience with SEO outreach is advantageous.
