Role Overview:

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our affiliate partnerships across multiple casino brands and regions. The focus will be on driving high-quality First Time Depositing (FTD) customers. This role involves recruiting, managing, and optimizing affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI and support long-term growth. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, proactive, and capable of making a significant impact in affiliate marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to drive high-quality FTD customers across various markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with top affiliates, ensuring ongoing engagement and alignment with brand goals. Negotiate and structure deals to balance cost-effectiveness with high-value customer acquisition. Collaborate with affiliates to develop tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to attract valuable FTD customers while optimizing CPA and LTV. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize activities for maximum impact. Use A/B testing and performance tracking to continually improve campaigns. Support affiliates with marketing assets and tools.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize affiliate management software (Netrefer) and analytics tools to track, report, and analyze campaign performance across regions and brands. Review KPIs and customer metrics regularly. Provide timely reports on FTD volumes, ROI, traffic sources, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Acquisition and Retention teams to align strategies. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations. Partner with creative teams to provide updated marketing assets.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends and identify new growth opportunities. Implement best practices and new technologies to enhance performance. Develop strategies with top affiliates to scale successful campaigns and maximize ROI.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming or online casino sectors.
  • Proven success in driving FTD customers and optimizing affiliate partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms like Netrefer.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple regions with understanding of local regulations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing models (CPA, CPL, revenue share).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and customer funnel optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns.
  • Understanding of iGaming compliance and regulations.
