Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Manage the content calendar, coordinate with creatives, and schedule posts using tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite

Monitor and engage with community comments, DMs, and brand mentions

Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.)

Partnerships & Influencer Marketing

Identify, pitch, and onboard content creators, influencers, and affiliate partners aligned with our brand

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and strategic collaborators

Negotiate partnership deals and track performance metrics to ensure ROI

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, content, media buying) to align partnership efforts with marketing goals

Stay ahead of trends, memes, and digital behavior shifts to keep our brand fresh and relevant

Test and iterate new formats (reels, shorts, live streams, collabs) to drive growth

Report monthly on social & partnership performance with actionable insights

Who You Are:

2+ years experience in social media marketing or partnerships

Proven success managing social accounts and growing communities

Experience with influencer outreach, negotiation, and performance tracking

Self-motivated, creative, and highly organized

Comfortable working remotely and hitting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
