We are recruiting for an Affiliate Lead Business Analyst for a contract to start ASAP.
On-site presence required in Manchester 2 days per week.

What you'll bring:

• Process, Procedure, and Organisational Design: Lead the oversight and shaping of end-to-end processes, procedures, and structures.
• Cross-Workstream Integration: Coordinate changes across multiple work streams to ensure cohesive and efficient implementation.
• Strategic Alignment: Assess long-term impacts of changes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Performance and KPI Delivery: Ensure processes support target KPIs and enhance customer experience.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate adoption.

• Demonstrable experience in senior business analysis or architecture.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on both immediate and long-term goals.

Locations include: Manchester, Bristol, Chester, Guildford, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Milton Keynes, Preston, Reading.
