We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our team and assist with all aspects of our affiliate and lead-gen campaigns. You will be joining our team on the road to rapidly growing our size.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
  1. Planning, implementing and tracking campaigns.
  2. Track performance of campaigns and revenue targets.
  3. Regularly analyse the effectiveness of our marketing activities and deliver reports for the purpose of communicating with clients on performance.
  4. Identifying key partners and working closely with them to build solid relationships to generate business growth.
  5. Building relationships with new partners, clients & affiliate networks.
  6. Being proactive to find new campaigns from networks, agencies and brands.
  7. Managing a portfolio of accounts.
  8. Contributing to support and grow the overall growth of our community with a clear focus on traffic & revenue contribution to the company.
  9. Manage a team of external contractors who help us to find more clients.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU ARE:
  1. Having a passion for working with clients and customers.
  2. Work calmly under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.
  3. Equipped with excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with clients to manage campaigns and performance.
  4. Highly motivated to achieve commercial targets.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation.
  2. Educated to a degree level (preferably in Business and/or Marketing related subjects).
  3. A proactive and result-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
  4. Strong analytical skills.
  5. A keen interest in performance-based marketing.
  6. Strong time management and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work autonomously - a real self-starter.
