Aesthetics Lecturer - London - September Start

We are partnering with a forward-thinking Further Education and Training college in London to prepare for the recruitment of an Aesthetics Lecturer, with the position expected to start in September on a temporary ongoing basis.

The college is currently managing an internal recruitment process and we anticipate the role will be passed to us once that process concludes. We are therefore inviting early expressions of interest from qualified professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality training in the field of aesthetics.

The Role:

As an Aesthetics Lecturer, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons to learners aged 18+ in subjects related to Aesthetics, including skin treatments, non-invasive procedures and industry standards.
• Aid student development in both theory and practical applications within a Further Education and Training environment.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback and contribute to curriculum planning.
• Help create a safe, professional and cohesive classroom environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• A recognised qualification in Aesthetics or a closely related field.
• Teaching experience within Further Education and Training or a similar post-16 setting.
• A teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd) or willingness to work towards one.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - this is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills with a focus on learner achievement.
