Job summary

sk:n Clinic in Milton Keynes is seeking an Aesthetic Practitioner for Fridays and Saturdays, 16 or 24 hours per week. You will greet clients, advise on treatments, and perform a range of advanced procedures while supporting reception and sales efforts. A Level 3 Beauty Therapy is required, Level 4 desirable, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

The role offers opportunities for progression within the group and a patient-focused work environment. Evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• Level 4 is highly desirable
• 2 years’ experience in aesthetics/beauty
• Strong customer service and sales focus
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to perform intimate-area treatments professionally and discreetly

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and advise on suitable aesthetic treatments and products
• Carry out a wide range of advanced beauty treatments
• Support reception, diary management and general admin
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and promotional activity

We are seeking an Aesthetic Practitioner to join our friendly, reliable and talented team at our Milton Keynes Clinic.

The Role:

As part of your role as beauty/laser Practitioner, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting your clients, supporting and advising them on suitable treatments and products available to them and carrying out a wide range of advanced treatments.

With outstanding levels of customer service and a genuine care and passion, you will be supporting your clients gain and achieve greater self-confidence through better skin!

You will also be supporting with reception, diary management, and general administration and retailing of products.

Experience, Qualifications and Personal Qualities:

• Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent), Level 4 is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience within either an Aesthetics, Day Spa, Beauty Counter or Salon environment.
• Team player, with a positive can do attitude.
• Passionate about giving great customer service.
• Experience of working to sales targets and be happy to get involved with promotional activity
• You should be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
• An essential requirement of this role is the ability to confidently and professionally perform treatments involving intimate areas for clients of all genders, while maintaining dignity, privacy and appropriate professional boundaries at all times.
