Are You?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Practitioner with specialised expertise in laser hair removal, and ideally electrolysis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty industry, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies, and delivering outstanding results for our clients. Having any additional qualifications (facials, other lasers etc) would be a big bonus. If so, this position could be just for you!

Responsibilities:

Laser Hair Removal:

• Perform laser hair removal treatments using advanced equipment and techniques.
• Assess clients' skin types and hair characteristics to determine the most effective treatment plan.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and provide thorough post-treatment care instructions.

Electrolysis: (We can send you on a course for this)

• Conduct electrolysis sessions with attention to detail and client comfort.
• Customise treatment plans based on individual client needs and hair removal goals.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in electrolysis technology and techniques.

Client Consultations:

• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and a personalised approach.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations, addressing client concerns and recommending appropriate treatments.
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.

Front of House

• When required perform some ad-hoc front of house tasks.
• Experience with booking systems.
• In absence of front of house team, it would be ideal if the candidate would be able to take over the front of house tasks.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other (injectables) practitioners to provide integrated services.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Certification:

• Minimum NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in beauty therapy
• Specialised training in laser hair removal (and electrolysis preferred).

Experience:

• Proven experience in administering laser hair removal, and electrolysis.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry.
• LGBTQIA+ experience/friendly because big percentage of clientele is Trans/non-binary

Skills:

• Exceptional technical skills in laser hair removal and electrolysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
