Position: Aesthetic Practitioner

We are seeking an Aesthetic Practitioner to join our friendly, reliable, and talented team at our Cheltenham Clinic. Please note this role is not for injectors but for beauty/laser practitioners.

The Role:

1. Meet and greet clients, support and advise on suitable treatments and products.
2. Perform a wide range of advanced treatments.
3. Provide excellent customer service and support clients in achieving greater self-confidence through better skin.
4. Assist with reception duties, diary management, and general administration, including retailing products.

Experience, Qualifications, and Personal Qualities:

• Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 is highly desirable).
• At least 2 years of experience in aesthetics, day spa, beauty counter, or salon environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Experience working to sales targets and promotional activities.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
