Operations Manager - Aesthetic Clinic Operations

Knightsbridge

up to £60,000

We are seeking an experienced and driven CQC Registered Operations Manager to lead the operational activities of a brand new aesthetic clinic looking to expand in the UK and overseas.

This role is based in the prestigious Knightsbridge area of London and offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

1. Expand and enhance the client services offered across our network of aesthetic clinics
2. Recruit, train, and manage a team of highly skilled aesthetic doctors and practitioners
3. Implement standardised protocols and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services
4. Direct all operational activities of the company's UK operations, aligning with the overall business strategy
5. Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements (e.g., CQC)
6. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive growth and clinic efficiency
7. Continuously optimise service delivery and promote a performance-driven culture
8. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the company's strategic vision
9. Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and operational improvements
10. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
11. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions

Qualifications and Experience

1. Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the aesthetic or healthcare industry
2. You must have been a CQC Registered Manager or Responsible Individual
3. Extensive experience in managing and scaling operations across multiple locations
4. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry best practices
5. Excellent people management and team-building skills
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
7. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Management)
