Job summary

Zensar in London is seeking an Experienced Java Technical Lead to steer design, development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The role demands strong hands-on expertise in Java technologies, solution design, and team leadership.

You will work across microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), while guiding architecture decisions and promoting DevOps practices. Familiarity with Power Platform for integrations is a plus.

Job description

Experienced Java Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java technologies, solution design, and team leadership, along with a good understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem to support integrations and business process automation initiatives.

• Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience.
• Experience leading development teams and managing technical delivery.
