Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Derby seeks a Wax Patch Assembler to join the wax room team responsible for assembling wax moulds for the shell process. The role involves operating machines and performing a range of manual tasks in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Successful candidates will receive full training, with a 2-shift pattern (Mornings/Afternoons) and a focus on HS&E compliance while supporting production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English grade C or above, or equivalent literacy and numeracy.
• High level of manual dexterity.
• Experience of working in aerospace industry.
• Experience of working to Technical instructions.
• Good organisation, numerical and reasoning skills.
• Experience working as part of a high performing team.
• Basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate wax room machines and perform manual activities for wax mould assembly.
• Follow HS&E procedures and ensure safety and quality in daily tasks.
