Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited is seeking a professional to contribute to the team in Brize Norton, Oxfordshire. You will ensure data accuracy in GSD systems, support CAMO in airworthiness, and assist with software migrations and cross-functional coordination with Nations/OCCAR.

The role requires IT systems knowledge, software development experience, and the ability to work within multi-national environments. A 35-hour week and opportunities for internal mobility are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT systems (Excel, Access, XML, SQL, PL/SQL).
• Knowledge of software engineering processes and software development.
• Ability to work with multi-national teams and complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the accuracy of data held within GSD softwares and provide assurance to the CAMO to maintain fleet airworthiness.
• Providing technical support during coordination meetings with Nations/OCCAR and A400M Program to support customer requirements.
• Providing active support during migration plans for new software versions (migration plan, non-regression tests, testing new functionalities, testing fixed bugs).
• Providing the list of new requirements identified during training, safety investigations, gaps processes, etc.
• Performing Reference Data audits and uploading information to MDS (new OMP versions, new aircrafts, new Approved Configurations of the RAF A400M or MRO event).
• Responding to Q-Pulse investigations and incidents as required.
• Liaising with Part M, P145 and CAMO to ensure airworthiness issues are managed correctly.
• Working closely with the GSD team to ensure resolution of queries is implemented as required.
