Qualifications

• Experience as systems engineer in aerospace/defence or high-tech industries.
• Strong grasp of systems engineering principles and lifecycle development.
• Proficient in translating operational needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage system requirements, architectures, and interfaces across electrical, avionics, and powertrain systems.
• Capture and manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate operational needs into technical solutions with customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support system integration and resolve issues.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and project readiness activities.
• Support verification, validation, testing, and flight testing activities.
• Contribute to safety and airworthiness activities including hazard identification.
• Apply systems engineering processes and best practices to ensure successful delivery.
• Engage with suppliers and perform technical reviews as required.
