Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to be based on-site at Ansty Park. You will drive quality across the end-to-end supply chain, from supplier development to delivering high-integrity products to customers.

In this role you will lead quality conformance, implement continuous improvement, and manage supplier relationships in a highly regulated aerospace environment, leveraging your expertise in AS9100/AS9102, PPAP, and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Strong aerospace quality background with AS9100/AS9102 and ISO 9001.
• Experience in SQA and Supplier Development Engineering.
• Proven ability in structured problem solving and 8D methods.
• Experience in supplier audits and PPAP requirements.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and SAP or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support to the supply chain and value streams.
• Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives.
• Roll-out Zero-Defect program with key suppliers to reduce DPPM.
• Execute Supplier audit plan per Working Assessment of Supplier Performance (WASP).
• Ensure containment and drive root cause corrective actions (8Ds).
• Review First Article Inspection Reports to AS 9102 and ensure AS9100 compliance.
