Currock Engineering Company Limited is seeking a motivated Supplier Quality Engineer to strengthen supplier controls and ensure externally provided products meet EN AS 9100, drawing and customer requirements. The role involves hands-on supplier engagement, investigations of quality issues and timely closure of corrective actions.

The successful candidate will lead supplier audits, monitor performance, drive corrective actions, and work with Purchasing, Engineering, Production and Inspection to

Formación

• Previous experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality.
• Experience in CNC machining, precision engineering, aerospace or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of EN AS 9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, tolerances and QC documentation.
• Experience conducting supplier/process audits.
• Strong root cause analysis and corrective action skills (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, qualify and approve new suppliers per EN AS 9100 requirements.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits, including initial approval and surveillance.
• Monitor supplier quality using scorecards, KPIs and non-conformance trends.
• Investigate supplier non-conformances and manage corrective actions.
• Verify effectiveness of supplier actions and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering to resolve supplier issues.
