Job summary

Gregory-Martin International is seeking a Skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join a precision engineering team in Byfleet, Surrey. You will manufacture, assemble, form and finish aerospace sheet metal components and assemblies to drawings, specs and quality standards.

Applicants should have a time-served apprenticeship in sheet metal work or related field, with experience in aerospace manufacturing, reading engineering drawings, and using standard sheet metal machinery and measuring tools.

Qualifications

Time-served apprenticeship in Sheet Metal Work, Aircraft Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Experience in sheet metal fabrication, aerospace manufacturing or a similar engineering environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical instructions and specifications.
Skilled in aerospace sheet metal techniques including forming, fitting, assembly and riveting.
Experience using standard sheet metal machinery, hand tools and measuring equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
