Job summary

A well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation, Allscreens Nationwide Ltd, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support the quality team in a regulated environment, ensuring products and materials meet customer, regulatory and internal specifications.

You will conduct testing, maintain test records, assist with investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints, calibrate equipment, and support audits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory, quality, testing or inspection environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience producing accurate technical and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing, inspections and analysis of materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate test records, reports and quality documentation.
• Support investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Assist with calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across quality and laboratory processes.
