Evolito Ltd is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform in-line inspections, measurements and provide detailed reports. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure components meet specifications, including dimensional, material and process controls.

Key duties include in-process and final inspections, documentation, MRB coordination, and collaboration with Manufacturing Engineers to improve methods and procedures. UK travel may be required.

Competenze

• City and Guilds, HNC or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment, ideally aerospace or automotive.
• Detailed knowledge of metrology tools and technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of technical drawings, datums and GD&T.
• Experience with quality processes (MRB, QN, NCR, SCAR, FAIR).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing/process improvement tools and techniques.
• IT literacy in MS Office, SolidWorks PDM, Teamcenter, MES and SAP.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Self-starter with energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (UK driving license).

• Owning in-process inspection and confirming specifications through visual and measurement tests.
• Approving finished products by confirming specifications and conducting inspections; quarantining as needed.
• Documenting inspection results via reports and logs and entering data into the quality database.
• Ensuring continuous operation of equipment by following operating instructions and calibration requirements.
• Goods-in inspection and parts processing.
• Coordinating Material Review Board (MRB).
• Collaborating with Team Leader and following build plans to ensure target completion.
• Assisting Manufacturing Engineers in developing methods and procedures.
• Participating in internal and external audits.
• Supporting product certification processes.
