Job summary

TT Electronics is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure all products meet rigorous aerospace standards, including IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620. You will perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections and work with Engineering to resolve deviations, while maintaining traceability and supporting CAPA activities.

The role requires detailed documentation, strong communication, and experience in a heavily regulated environment. On-site work and BPSS eligibility are expected at TT Electronics.

Qualifications

• Interpret IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and drawings.
• Proficient with inspection tools and equipment.
• Root-cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA).
• Experience with inspections and compliance in a heavily regulated aerospace environment.
• Strong attention to detail and clear reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical and electronic components to meet specifications.
• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections.
• Review First Article Inspection Reports per AS9102.
• Identify deviations and collaborate with Engineering to rectify.
• Maintain traceability and deviation management documentation.
• Lead CAPA activities and root-ccause investigations.
• Identify counterfeit components and support supplier quality.
