Short Brothers, a Boeing Company, Belfast, is recruiting a Quality Graduate to help ensure that our products, processes and technologies meet the highest standards of safety, reliability and performance across aerospace programmes.

You'll work with engineers, production teams, suppliers and regulators, gaining hands-on experience in quality assurance, APQP, supplier quality and continuous improvement, while building engineering skills for a career in aerospace.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering with accreditation enabling CEng status.
• 36 hours per week in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
• Strong communication and genuine interest in aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance and compliance to meet customer, engineering, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with suppliers worldwide to improve performance and ensure consistent quality across the supply chain.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Gain exposure to specialist quality technologies and regulatory engagement.
