Overview

Are you a Project Co-Ordinator looking for your next opportunity supporting solutions with the manufacturing sector? Do you have experience working within the Aerospace sector? If so, the following permanent role might be for you….

On behalf of my client, a leading Aerospace and Defence Electronics organisation based in Rochdale I am pleased to present the opportunity for a Customer Account Leader to work on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the relationship and interface with my client's customers, providing accurate alignment between the order book and current production schedules. You will ensure that the products manufactured and/or repaired are delivered to the customer on time and in line with the operation's product plan and financial forecast.

This is a full-time, on-site permanent position based at their Heywood offices, which have recently undergone significant investment and development.

Responsibilities
  • Customer orderbook management
  • Internal orderbook reconciliation and communication of changes to the demand planning team
  • Management, collaboration and communication of customer scorecards
  • Leading and reporting customer consumption reports
  • Attendance at customer meetings
Qualifications
  • A successful track record managing customer accounts for aerospace and defence related programmes
  • Demonstrable experienced gained in an Aerospace, Defence or military setting with clearing understanding of the regulatory framework associated with these sectors (highly desirable but not essential)
  • Familiarity with standard business KPIs including On Time in full, PPM, TAT
  • An accredited Project / Programme management qualification (APM/PRINCE2) (desirable but not essential)
  • Competency with MS Office Suite and skilled with MS Projects
