Overview

In the 12-months Programme Management Placement offers diverse roles within the function, with responsibilities tailored to the specific needs of different teams. While all roles focus on program management, customer support, and operational efficiency, tasks will vary based on team priorities and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating customer requests such as RFQs and purchase orders, ensuring deadlines are met through collaboration with supply chain and engineering teams, preparing customer order books, facilitating client calls, and ensuring high satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs) by managing calendars, preparing agendas, and tracking actions.
  • Leading process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, implementing Lean principles, and analysing operational data to create performance metrics that drive team focus on strategic priorities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sourcing, Engineering, and Quality teams to meet customer and business objectives. Some teams may focus on facilities and maintenance, including asset reviews, day-to-day operations, contractor control, and long-term projects to support stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Currently studying a Business Administration/ Project Management/ Finance/ Data/ Engineering or Program Management related Bachelor\'s or integrated Master\'s degree
  • On course to achieve a 2:1 degree or above
  • To be in your penultimate year of study and returning to education post placement
