Job summary

Draken in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Buyer to support the procurement and supply chain functions across our aviation technology offerings. You will manage RFQs, POs and supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, cost control and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Based on site in Hurn, this role offers the chance to influence procurement strategy and build strong supplier partnerships within a respected

Qualifications

Two to three years’ demonstrable experience within purchasing, procurement or a comparable role.
Experience managing priorities, working to deadlines and responding effectively to multiple demands.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
Proficient administration, numerical and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Experience working with ERP systems and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Generate RFQs, orders and repair orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Expedite outstanding quotations, POs and repair orders to meet delivery schedules.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with priorities.
Maintain inventory levels through demand planning and EOQ management.
Lead supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
