Job summary

Cambridge Aerospace is seeking a Configuration Controller to own the release and change control of technical data within the company's PLM system, ensuring high quality and accuracy across processes.

The role is hands-on, requiring pragmatic problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to influence and drive improvements in configuration and change management, aligning with business needs and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• CM industry standards knowledge.
• Configuration Management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of CM Industry Standards.

Responsibilities

• Configuration Management and planning
• Assist in the preparation of PBS at system and subsystem levels in liaison with systems engineers
• Create product/project baselines in accordance with the CMP & SEMP
• Ensure that the PCA, FCA and FAI are executed on the project/product
• Track and ensure the implementation of the changes on the baseline
