Job summary

Supertemps Ltd is seeking an Aerospace Plater to deliver precision electroplating on aerospace components. You will operate plating equipment, monitor baths and rectifiers, and ensure work to set specifications using software-controlled systems.

This temporary role runs Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 in Colwyn Bay, with a view to permanent for the right candidate after training. Training period may adjust hours; initial pay is £13.21 per hour plus holiday pay, rising with a shift premium after

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Confidence working with technical instructions and data.
• Ability to use software and digital systems.
• Awareness of Health & Safety and safe chemical handling.
• Reliability, flexibility and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Operate plating equipment and follow work instructions.
• Monitor baths, rectifiers and process settings.
• Record data and report issues promptly.
• Ensure quality standards and safe working practices.
• Support bath maintenance and keep work area organized.
