Qualifications

• Experience in management accounts and month-end close, gained in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Adept at translating financial data into actionable insights for strategic decision making.
• Confident communicator able to interact with non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly management accounts and P&L reporting.
• Complete month-end processes (accruals, prepayments, reconciliations).
• Analyze operational KPIs (yield, scrap, rework).
