Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the function in a regulated aerospace environment. The role focuses on right-first-time execution, robust engineering, and continuous improvement to establish a world-class facility.

You will mentor the team, develop KPIs, drive root-cause analysis, and collaborate with design reviews, engineering change control, and production to ensure high quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Manufacturing Engineering teams in aerospace or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrialisation of engineered products.
• Proven track record of improving right-first-time performance, quality and process capability.
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacture (DfM) and Design for Assembly (DfA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team with clear ownership and accountability.
• Champion right-first-time thinking and continuous improvement across processes and methods.
• Define and deliver a roadmap towards world-class manufacturing capability aligned with quality, safety and delivery.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Provide manufacturing input in design reviews, engineering change control and configuration decisions.
