Job summary

A leading aerospace consultancy in the south of England requires Aerospace Manufacturing and Production Planning Engineers for a year-long contract. The role involves working on both Composite and Metallic structures and requires candidates to have experience with MRP systems and manufacturing engineering. The position is onsite 4 days a week and offers flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Work on Manufacturing Engineering and Production Planning activities covering composite and metallic wing structures.
• Prepare for BPSS Security clearance vetting.

Job description

Our Aerospace client

based in the south of England requires several Aerospace Manufacturing and Production Planning Engineers on a contract basis. Candidates will work on a variety of Manufacturing Engineering and Production Planning activities covering both Composite and Metallic wing structures, skins, ribs, control surfaces, etc.

This activity is scheduled for 1 year and could span Defence and Civil aero structures projects. Candidates must be prepared to undergo BPSS Security clearance vetting.

• Knowledge of Composite and metallic structures

This role is offered on a contract basis inside IR35 regulations and paid PAYE through Strongfield Consultants. The position requires onsite presence 4 days per week, with flexibility for working hours and overtime to accommodate weekly commuting needs.
