Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting a Production Lead based in Birmingham on an initial contracting basis for aircraft maintenance and modification services. The role oversees a multidisciplinary team of maintenance technicians and certifiers to ensure timely, safe project delivery.

The successful candidate will manage supplier maintenance activities, participate in daily meetings, and drive a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency across the build plan and issues resolution.
