Job summary

Boeing Defence UK invites highly motivated individuals to join its 36-month Aircraft Maintenance Apprenticeship Programme starting September 2026. You'll gain hands-on experience at UK sites, with structured training toward airframe, propulsion, electrical and avionics qualifications.

The scheme includes Level 3 Development Technical Knowledge, Level 2/3 NVQ Development Competence, and a chance to work on iconic defence aircraft while earning a wage and gaining LEAN 1A qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C/9-4) including Science, Math and English.
• Over 18 by Sep 1, 2026.
• 5+ years UK residency to gain UK Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine aircraft maintenance activities.
• Assist in implementing aircraft modifications.
• Adhere to health and safety and use approved maintenance documentation.
