CPI SELECTION is recruiting for a Production Operative/Assembly Operative and Manufacturing Technician role on-site in Chalgrove, near Oxford. The position sits in a Pyro-assembly within Defence/military, demanding high safety standards and precise work.

You’ll join a busy logistics/production environment with potential shift premium after probation and a route to a 4-on 4-off day pattern. Initial hours Mon-Thu 08:00–16:45, Fri 08:00–12:00, with a base salary around £28k, private healthcare, and

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics/production environments is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP transactions is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a regulated, safety-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Pick items per production plan using Kardex and SAP workflows.
• Book in delivered goods on SAP and move materials to process rooms as directed.
• Assist stores, handle goods movements, and support shipping per the production schedule.
